How is this different from introductory training?
You move from assigning and checking a simple task to supervising work across several steps. We cover permissions, dependencies and what to do when a task fails.
What experience should participants have?
You should be comfortable using AI tools and reviewing their outputs. We’ll discuss your experience beforehand and identify any introductory learning that would help.

A practical exercise
Design a multistep agent task, then test it with missing information and conflicting instructions. Review where the agent should stop and ask for help.
Before we begin
You should be comfortable giving AI tools instructions and reviewing their outputs. Bring a task that involves several steps, using sample or sanitized information.
