How does this differ from agentic AI training?
Here, you concentrate on repeatable triggers and actions. In agentic AI training, you learn to supervise tasks where an agent can choose the steps it takes.
Will exercises change our live systems?
We use an agreed learning environment for exercises. If you want to change live systems, we’ll discuss that as implementation work with its own scope and authorization.

Map a recurring request or handoff. Build or walk through a controlled example, introduce an exception and check that the right person receives it.
Before we begin
Bring a repeatable process with a known trigger and outcome. Familiarity with your organization’s workflow or automation tools is useful; we agree the technical starting point with you.
